Download Instructions

Some people have never downloaded a file from the internet. 
These instructions should make it very easy.

 

1.  Locate the file you wish to purchase and press the "Add to cart" button

2.  Keep shopping until you have added to the cart all the products you wish to purchase.

3.  Under the "Add to cart" button on the last item you want Press the button "Check out."

4.  Click the "Buy Now With PayPal" button.  This will take you to the PayPal site where
     you can use your payPal account or credit card to make the payment.

5.  Upon successful payment you will see a link to download the product.  If the link does
     not appear, simply check your email and you will see the download link there.

6.  Go to the location on your computer set up to receive downloads. The default location
     on most computers is in a file called "Downloads."

7.  Simply click on the file you downloaded and it will open up a player and your video will
     begin playing. If it is a Word or PDF file the that program will open and you will view the text.

If you desire, you may burn the file to a DVD or CD to play on other players.

Downloading Problems

Downloading problems can be caused by several different conditions.

1.  Your local server is unable to handle large video files and the file times out or freezes before it's completed.
2.  You are on a telephone line. (A high speed connection is needed.)

Answer to this problem. You need to download the file using a high speed accelerator which will compress the file and download it quickly. The following link will take you to a site where you can download one that is reported to work great.

 Just cut and past the download link emailed to you into this program and you should have no further problem downloading.

"My download will not play on my computer!! 
I just get video and no audio or audio and no video!

Sometimes the media players that come with computers do not play all the different types of video files very well. Download one of these free players. They play all video formats. That should solve the problem.
