• About Our Products •

Omni has been producing educational video training for the hypnosis profession since 1988. All of our training tapes have been filmed live as the training was being conducted, not in a studio with special scripting. Consequently, there may be a glitch in the sound or camera action occasionally. However, these do not affect the educational quality of the content. Much of what you will see is spontaneous. The video participant really feels as if they are participating in the live training.

Our products are copyrighted and/or trademarked and produced for individual use and are not to be utilized in any training classes, lending libraries etc. without the specific written permission of Gerald F. Kein.

• DVD Information •

Omni offers video programs on DVD. They are not guaranteed to play in DVD players over two years old. They are not guaranteed to play on computers. Your DVD player must accept DVDS in the Minus R (-R) format. Special care is required for DVDs to retain their good quality and condition. If they are scratched, they will not work properly. They will skip, jump, freeze and/or simply not run properly. We can not be responsible for DVD’s becoming scratched and then not performing properly.

• Return and Exchange Policy•

Please read carefully before placing your order!

Mechanically defective video/audio products may be EXCHANGED for the SAME TITLE ONLY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE. DVDs, VHS, CDs or BOOKS may NOT be returned for reasons based on content. Books will be exchanged only if damaged in shipping and only for the same title. Exchanges will be made ONLY upon receipt by us of the defective merchandise. We can not be responsible for return shipping cost.

Shipping within the United States. Whenever possible, we ship your order within 48 hours via UPS, so please give us a street address rather than a PO Box. See below for shipping charges. For shipments to AK, PR or HI, call or email our office at omni@omnihypnosis.com for shipping charges on your individual order.
