Troubleshooting
Some individuals have reported that they have problems downloading or playing a downloaded program. Here is how you can correct either problem.
Downloading Problems
Downloading problems can be caused by several different conditions.
1. Your local server is unable to handle large video files and the file times out or freezes before it's completed.
Answer to this problem. You need to download the file using a high speed accelerator which will compress the file and download it quickly. The following link will take you to a site where you can download one that is reported to work great.
Just cut and past the download link emailed
to you into this program and you should have no further problem downloading.

Answer: A high speed connection is needed.
Player Problems
Some computers have built in players that for some reason won't play all the various video codexes. (file types) This will cause the player to play only the video or only the audio portion of the downloaded file. If your player will not play either the audio or video simply download and use the following free media player. Everything should play fine then.
